- Preventative Maintenance - a specialist engineer will visit on a regular and pre-agreed basis to clean and service your equipment. Preventative maintenance can help avoid major breakdowns. For example, with refrigeration equipment, preventative maintenance will avoid a build up of dust, which can lead to overheating and breakdown or premature failure of the equipment.
- Repairs and Spare Parts -Service Cover includes engineer call outs; all labour costs and spare parts (up to an agreed value per annum) so you minimise unexpected repair bills but more importantly prevent costly equipment failure.
- Replacement parts- whilst your equipment is being serviced the engineer will replace any parts that seem likely to fail (established through tests and discussed with you) in order to keep you up and running and able to serve your customers.
